The business of Lane Cove is set up to work with occupiers and landowners on pre-let, pre-sale, speculative or joint venture scenarios.
With a track record and embedded knowledge in team building and collaborative working, Lane Cove can bring existing teams of specialist consultants to work on projects, assemble new teams from scratch or work with already assembled teams of professionals to best extract the most in their skills and abilities.
Existing Industrial estates such as the acquisition of Monmore Close Industrial Estate in 2023, with asset management opportunities letting vacant units, refurbishment, splitting assets or changing the planning use. The ‘sweet spot’ being assets with values between c £1m and £10m.
Development land and looking at sites across the UK in towns or Cities where there has been a lack of supply in recent years, to then speculatively develop an estate to meet this supply shortfall, with a particular emphasis on sites of between approx. 2 to 5 acres.
Design and Build, to work with customers to understand their exact requirements to locate suitable sites and procure new facilities on either freehold or leasehold terms to match the occupier’s specific needs.
Sale and leaseback or strategic asset partnering, where occupiers are looking to release equity or partner with us knowing that we have the skills, expertise and funds to release enhanced value from property assets.
