In 1999 Neil Harris and Andy Lamb set up Lane Cove Properties Ltd to develop and invest in Commercial properties across the UK.
The key skills that Andy and Neil applied alongside their market knowledge and range of professional contacts is their commitment to being responsive, engaging, proactive and trusted.
As a business-to-business Company the Directors pride themselves in addressing occupiers and land-owners challenges, having an attitude of achieving set goals and delivering on them.

NEIL HARRIS
Director
A Chartered Surveyor and founding partner in 1992 of Harris Lamb, commercial property consultancy. Now solely engaged and working in Lane Cove Properties, to focus on existing assets and new projects.
With over 35 years’ experience working on major commercial property projects, the knowledge and ability that this depth of interaction has given, means that more than ever Neil’s expertise can be applied to working alongside occupiers and landowners to deliver projects.
ANDY LAMB
Director
A founding partner of Harris Lamb in 1992 specialising in industrial development, asset management on behalf of Property Funds, Plc clients, occupiers. Advising land owners whether green or brownfield as to development potential and how best to realise this value.
With 35 years’ experience in the commercial property and land sector Andy built up a highly trusted team of professionals, all focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

The portfolio is made up of industrial estates, offices and development land primarily located in the greater midlands.
